Three musical prostheses were designed and developed to restore and enhance musical capabilities for amputee musicians. The prostheses utilize AI to analyze and predict musicians' intended actions based on realtime data from electromyography (EMG) and ultrasound sensors. The award winning prostheses were featured in documentaries and concerts worldwide.
Spherephonnes
Spherephones are open environment headphone system comprising of four drivers positioned around each ear, designed to deliver immersive 3D spatial audio for virtual reality.

The Third Arm is wearable robotic limb that allows drummers to have an additional arm to perform with. The two-foot long smart arm can be attached to a musician’s shoulder. It responds to human gestures, brain activity to and the music it hears.
Mobile Music Touch helps teach users to play piano while they perform other tasks. The lightweight, wireless haptic system consists of fingerless gloves and a mobile Bluetooth enabled device.
