About

I am a Regent's Professor and the Founding Director of Georgia Tech Center for Music Technology, where I lead the Robotic Musicianship Group. My research focuses on artificial creativity and musical expression for robots and augmented humans. Among my projects are robotic musicians that can respond and improvise, assistive technologies that enable and enhance musical abilities for people with disabilities, and artistic installations that explore ethical implications of creative AI.
