Piano Therapy is an iPad app designed to support engaging and easily accessible finger rehabilitation for stroke patients. The application, which can be integrated with a MIDI keyboard, has been shown to improve practice time through gamified piano pedagogy. In preliminary studies, participants who experienced a stroke demonstrated high motivation, great compliance, and positive trend of motor capability improvements after training.
